Team Leader EUV Module Build - ASML

Intro:

The manufacturing and installation of EUV wafer scanners and sources is the responsibility of the EUV plant. The MID, Waferstage, Metroframe, and FFA-OP modules are built and qualified by the department Module Build.

You will work with two other people to functionally manage the MID workcenter while reporting to the Group Leader of Module Build in this position. Project leaders, production planners, production engineers, first line support (FLS), and development representatives will all be under your management and involvement.

Tasks:

Your role as a Team Leader will need you to:

 - Realize a "World Class" implementation and execution of the manufacturing process with high quality standards and quick cycle times, driven by ongoing ASML process and product improvement

- To guarantee the "bulk release" of a highly important but immature product.

- Oversees and develops an engineering team

- Controls and drives system planning and progress, establishes priorities, assigns tasks, resolves issues, manages skills, and promotes a productive work environment

- Planning: Is responsible for detailed production planning and supervises progress within quality, delivery time, and cost objectives

- Indicates, initiates, and drives actions to improve production processes and/or the products

- Participates in project activities

- Realizes the planned output of all deliverables of production, in accordance with plan

Functie eisen

Education and background:

We are searching for applicants for this position who have a Higher Vocational level degree (hbo) in any particular technical area.

In terms of background, we're searching for a Team Leader with knowledge of LEAN management and production management. Additionally, you have expertise working in improvement projects and in environments that are complex. We are specifically seeking an individual with operational leadership experience who is fully proficient in both Dutch and English (!)

Skills

You would be a great team leader because you possess good interpersonal and social abilities. You also have a service-oriented approach, are good at building teams, and can handle pressure. In addition, you are adaptable, proactive, and persistent in your work. Finally, you take responsibility for your own activities and feel accountable for your co-workers and employees

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• Salary between €4.700 and €5.500 gross per month, depending on education level and work experience
• 25 Holidays
• 8.33% Holiday allowance
• Travel allowance is €0.19 net/km
